We are more than an insurance agency, we are family.
Giddings, Texas (PRWEB) February 14, 2011
January started a new year and marked a new era at Insurance Network of Texas. Last month agency founder, R.J. Nitsche officially passed on his responsibilities as CEO to his son Robert.
R.J. and Robert shared news of the transition with agency employees last month. In Robert’s address to the agency he said;
“This agency was built on my family’s reputation and the hard work of every single employee, both past and present, that have dedicated so many hours to help build Insurance Network of Texas into one of the largest independent insurance agencies in the state. I attribute our success to that fact that we truly are a little different. We are more than an insurance agency, we are family. And like myself, we have all grown-up here.”
Robert has been with the agency, well, for his entire life. Growing up in his father’s insurance agency meant starting early, working hard and earning his own way. Robert has had several titles and positions through out his career at the agency, including janitor, mail room clerk, Accounting Department manager, Computer System Department manager (before the days of IT), and most recently, Robert has served as COO and CFO. These unique experiences and strong family values will no doubt serve him well as the new CEO of Insurance Network of Texas.
Robert has a BBA from the Baylor Hankamer School of Business, an MBA from SMU and in 2010, he graduated from the distinguished Owner/President Management Program from Harvard University.
R.J. Nitsche will continue to serve as Chairman, agency mentor, and dedicated producer.
Since its founding in 1949, Insurance Network of Texas has been an independently owned business, guided by its culture, hometown hospitality and family values. And while the agency has grown to be the largest independent insurance agency in the state, the way they do business, is very much the same as it was sixty-one years ago.
More About Insurance Network of Texas: At Insurance Network of Texas they focus on the process rather than the products to make sure each client’s individual needs are heard, understood and addressed.
