GroundWork adds marketing and solution partnership with Neustar Webmetrics

For GroundWork Monitor users that rely upon their websites to do business, it is important to have both external and internal monitoring perspectives under one roof

GroundWork Inc., (http://www.gwos.com) the leading open platform for network, application, and cloud monitoring, announced today that it has expanded its partnership with Neustar (NYSE: NSR), a company that enables trusted communication across networks, applications and enterprises around the world.

Working together, GroundWork and Neustar answer the critical questions for today's online businesses:

  •     Is my IT infrastructure performing at peak efficiency?
  •     What's the real online experience my customers are having with my brand?
  •     Are my SaaS-based partners living up to service level agreements?

The integration of Webmetrics into GroundWork Monitor Enterprise gives GroundWork users the ability to compare side-by-side dashboards for both internal and external monitoring needs.

Neustar Webmetrics allows you to:

  •     Externally monitor sites and applications to provide a "true view" of the end user's experience
  •     Receive alerts when issues arise, so problems can be solved before customers are impacted
  •     View trending data and analysis via a real-time dashboard

"For GroundWork Monitor users that rely upon their websites to do business, it is important to have both external and internal monitoring perspectives under one roof," said David Dennis, vice president of Marketing & Business Development at GroundWork. "When you combine Neustar Webmetrics with the MSP features of GroundWork Monitor and the new cloud features of GroundWork Monitor Enterprise Cloud, users that are working in industries such as e-commerce, media and online gaming can now monitor these complex end user-facing data centers."

"The market for online performance monitoring is exploding," said Sophie Shiatis, vice president of marketing at Neustar Webmetrics. "Neustar is excited to bring end-user perspective monitoring to the GroundWork customers and prospects. The combination of network monitoring and external monitoring is extremely valuable in providing a holistic view of performance."

Today, GroundWork has over 10,000 installations of GroundWork Monitor. In addition, the GroundWork platform incorporates Nagios, the most widely deployed open source monitoring platform in the world.
