Microsoft Alumni Network Celebrates 15 Years

We’re dedicated to making the community more beneficial by increasing membership, so we’re offering free membership to new members for the rest of our fiscal year.

Employees often want to stay connected with their former coworkers and companies once they depart for new opportunities. Fifteen years ago, Tony Audino, former Microsoft executive and CEO of Conenza, realized this and founded the Microsoft Alumni Network (MSA). With more than 18,000 members and growing daily, MSA enables alumni to keep in touch and receive a variety of benefits. To celebrate 15 years of success, new members can join free until May 31, 2011. All former blue-badge Microsoft employees who are first-time MSA members are eligible to register for this special anniversary offer.

“When I left Microsoft after almost 20 years of service, I wanted to stay connected to my former friends and colleagues, and to Microsoft. The Microsoft Alumni Network provides an easy way for me to do this,” said Gwen Weld, former Microsoft employee. “I really appreciate the benefits and discounts that I have access to as a member of the community, and after five years I still feel like I am part of the Microsoft family.”

The MSA online community is powered by the Conenza Community Platform, and offers a rich social site where members can connect, view Microsoft job opportunities and access offers from a variety of businesses.
