Hilton Phoenix Chandler Wins Prestigious “Connie Award”

The Hilton hotel in Chandler, AZ has recieved one of the brand's most prestigious service awards during the 2011 Annual General Manager's Conference in Orlando, FL.

“It’s remarkable that this suburban Phoenix hotel edged out top destination resorts, and in less than two years after opening its doors,” commented Jeff Blackman, Executive Vice President, Texas Western Hospitality.

The Hilton Phoenix Chandler] has been awarded the coveted “Connie Award”, singling it out as Hilton Hotels’ highest rated property by customers.

Named in honor of brand founder Conrad Hilton, the “Connie Award” is the corporation’s top award. It is given annually to the hotel with the highest combined customer survey scores in categories including loyalty, service, condition, and cleanliness. The Hilton Phoenix Chandler outperformed 296 other hotels in North and South America with under 500 rooms, including such prestigious properties as the Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort.
