Supply Chain Software and Services Provider Makes Room to Service New Customers and Accommodate Growing Staff

LogFire's new headquarters features five new conference rooms

“Our new headquarters will house a robust customer call center, a cutting edge research and development hub, and a high tech training facility, to ensure we equip our customers to succeed,” said Diego Pantoja-Navajas, Founder and CEO of LogFire.

LogFire, a global provider of supply chain software and services for retail and consumer goods companies, has relocated their headquarters to state-of-the-art facilities in Atlanta’s Galleria Tower 100. The move was driven by LogFire’s substantial business growth over the last 12 months.

The new facility, located at 100 Galleria Parkway, Suite 1060, Atlanta, Georgia 30339, accommodates the company’s current staff which grew by 50 percent in 2010. It also provides enough room for the company to execute on its plan to grow the team by an additional 50 percent in 2011. Many of the planned new hires will join the research and development (R&D) team to help with enhancements to the company’s recently launched LogFire Warehouse Management System (WMS), a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product that can be implemented on-demand or on-premise.

“As our products and services continue to expand and be adopted by new clients, it was important to us to architect a facility where we could provide optimal customer support,” said Diego Pantoja-Navajas, Founder and CEO of LogFire. “Our new headquarters will house a robust customer call center, a cutting edge research and development hub, and a high tech training facility, to ensure we equip our customers to succeed.”

LogFire has also invested in other upgrades for the new space. Five new conference rooms will be available and each room will be fitted with a 40” LCD television and an interactive white board. The result is a more efficient and collaborative work environment.

Established in 2007, LogFire has grown 50 percent every year with no external funding and no venture capital investments. LogFire closed out 2010 by taking its on-demand WMS live at several facilities owned by Ripley Department Stores, one of the largest retailers in Chile and Peru. The company currently serves clients across North and South America, including Aramark, Macy’s, The Home Depot, and SODIMAC.
