“Race Central TV & Radio, brought to you by Lucas Oil Products, announces a very busy weekend, to say the least,” says Race Central TV & Radio EVP, Rich Branch.

Race Central Radio kicks off the Daytona 500 weekend with their regular Prime-Time Drive Lucas Oil Race Central Radio Show from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. MST, Friday night on Denver’s Mile High Sports Radio (a Sporting News Radio Affiliate) on AM 1510 and FM 93.7, and streaming around the country and around the globe at http://www.racecentralmedia.com.

On a very exciting note, Race Central TV & Radio logos will be prominently and proudly displayed on the Winfield Motor Sports # 27 NASCAR Camping World Truck driven by Colorado Native and 2010 Camping World standout Chris Eggleston in Friday night’s Daytona weekend kickoff and can be seen on Speed TV’s National Broadcast.

Included in this busy and exciting weekend for the Lucas Oil Race Central Team is the Lucas Oil/Race Central/Quaker Steak and Lube, presented by Sprint Mother of all Daytona 500 Parties at Quaker Steak & Lube’s newest location in Westminster, Colorado. With a special early opening at 8:00 a.m. and featuring ‘Chef Dave’s rocking breakfast burritos,’ free Kart racing in the parking lot provided by Unser Racing and amazing raffles and give-a-ways from our partners at Sprint.

In addition to all his other activities, Race Central TV & Radio Host, Kurt Hansen, will be offering a special edition of Race Central TV & Radio with special guest and Co-Host, Rolex Grand-AM and Izod Indy Car Superstar Justin Wilson during the festivities at “The Lube.”

Capping off the weekend for Race Central and its host, Hansen will once again visit the set of Denver Prime Time Television and wrap up the 2011 Daytona 500 on the very popular sports wrap-up show hosted by Denver’s award-winning Sports Television Host Vick Lombardi on Denver’s CBS Channel 4.

“This is certainly going to be a hectic and very busy weekend, but we are all very excited to kick off our 10th season with all of our longtime sponsors and partners and welcome all of our new partners with what will be our most exciting year in our history. Let’s get this party started,” Hansen said.
