Premier insurance process outsourcing provider ReSource Pro will exhibit at the upcoming 2011 Outsourcing World Summit to be held in Indian Wells, California from February 21st-23rd. The company, which operates processing centers in Qingdao and Jinan, China, will also host an official Chinese delegation attending the event.

The theme of this 14th annual edition of the industry conference held by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals is "Embracing Change," a topic that relates to both the increasing acceptance of outsourcing services and China's emergence within the industry. ReSource Pro is the founding member and the current chair of IAOP's Qingdao chapter, launched in 2010 to represent the growing presence of outsourcing providers in China's Shandong Province.

The presence of the Chinese delegation reflects the country's renewed focus on outsourcing and ReSource Pro's recognition by several local and nationwide business organizations as an outstanding employer. ReSource Pro has received awards from groups like the China Council for International Investment Promotion and the staffing company 51jobs. Managing Director Matthew Bruno is both the co-chair of IAOP Qingdao and a regular guest at the Shandong People's Conference, a business group sponsored by the local government.
