All of the designs were sourced from independent artists the world over through The Happily Ever After Wedding Challenge with WeddingChannel.com last fall. Over 1,476 entries were submitted by designers from all over the world and 175 were selected by community vote to be part of this exclusive offering.

Brides today are looking for invitations that are years away from the boring and stuffy invites of their parents generation. While a good many of the collection's designs are fresh takes on classic and elegant designs, others are evidence of a growing trend towards specific wedding motifs, such as origami cranes, rocking chairs, or report cards for example. Minted's 2011 Spring Collection's themes includes everything from a wedding circle quilt to an entwined monogram necklace, from a movie marquis venue to a Vespa getaway car.
