Insurance carrier SafeAuto, a car insurance company that provides coverage to automobile drivers in fifteen states, is excited to be sponsoring MMA fighter Dennis Siver in his fight at UFC® 127. Siver will be facing George Sotiropoulos in a lightweight matchup at the live Pay-Per-View event on Feb. 26.

Known for his spinning back kick, Siver was born in Russia and began his fighting career in Germany. At 5'7" and 155 pounds, he is currently 17-7 in UFC® contests; in his latest contest he defeated Andre Winner at UFC® 122. His opponent, Sotiropoulos, an Australian, measures 5'10" and weighs in at 155 pounds. His record is currently 14-2. Both fighters are on win streaks, with Siver victorious in his last two, and Sotiropoulos winning his past eight contests.

Siver is very much aware that since UFC® 127 is being held on Sotiropoulos' home turf of Australia, and that his best strategy leading into the match is to increase the excitement among his fellow Germans about MMA. "I want to lead by example to get people interested in the sport and help plant the seeds for the next generation of German fighters," says Siver.

UFC® 127 is being held at the Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia. The event will feature a Welterweight bout between Americans B.J. Penn and Jon Fitch. The event is one of the fastest-selling UFC® events ever, completely selling out just a few moments after tickets went on sale on Dec. 16, 2010.

UFC® 127: Penn vs. Fitch will be available live on Pay-Per-View at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT on iN DEMAND, DirecTV, DISH Network, Avail-TVN, BellTV, Shaw Communications, Sasktel, and Viewer's Choice Canada for a suggested retail price of $44.99 US/$49.99 CAN for Standard Definition and $54.99 US/$59.99 CAN for High Definition.
