Michelle Jones Remembered for Her Passion and Commitment

The management and employees of ContactPoint, LLC were shocked and saddened at the sudden and tragic death of Michelle Watson Jones, Director of Training. Michelle was a dear friend to many, and a trusted and valued colleague to us all.

While the details surrounding her death are still being sorted out, the details of how Michelle lived and worked with us are crystal clear. She always gave of her full energy and passion, and truly enjoyed her profession as a trainer. Michelle was instrumental in formulating ContactPoint's sales and customer service training programs and leading the day-to-day training and coaching services provided by the company.

"We have suffered the untimely loss of a talented and committed friend," said Jeremiah Wilson, Founder and President of ContactPoint. "Over the last seven years, it has been my joy and pleasure to watch Michelle empower others to be their best. I am personally committed to making sure that her memory will continue to leave a positive, indelible mark on our hearts and on the future of the company."

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 26th at 1pm at the LDS Chapel at 700 East Telegraph Street. ContactPoint will be establishing a memorial fund in Michelle's honor which will be used to support The Dove Center in St. George which provides safe, caring, and confidential shelter, advocacy, and support for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Donations can be made to the center in Michelle’s name at 100 S 1240 E Bldg. 22 #221, St. George, UT 84790.
