The Annual Academy Awards Viewing Party features a cocktail reception, a gala dinner during the live Academy Awards telecast, live auctions, and performances by Sir Elton John and special guests. "I am honored and enthusiastically happy to be attending this gala event." States Christine Heathman. "AIDS research is not only important to the Hollywood community, but to the global community at large. March 10th, 2011 is National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. Women account for more than one in four new HIV/AIDS diagnoses and deaths caused by AIDS. Without the diligent work and research of Sir Elton John and the EJAF, many would turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to what's destroying communities on a global scale. AIDS research is more than necessary - it's essential to all of us as we are all affected. I, along with my GlyMed Plus family wholeheartedly support The Elton John AIDS Foundation."

"It's an honor to attend this prestigious event with my colleague, the world renowned skin care advisor to the stars Christine Heathman, and good friend R&B legend Chaka Khan." Said Raffles van Exel. "The Annual Academy Awards Viewing party hosted by The Elton John AIDS Foundation is the hottest ticket in Hollywood - not because of the festive atmosphere, auctions, and star studded performances, but because of the vital work, research and philanthropy that the Elton John AIDS Foundation does."
