Phillip CFD celebrated the Lunar New Year with its first annual award presentation to the remisiers who achieved the top commissions in CFDs during the year 2010. Held during a casual luncheon, the afternoon saw thirteen recipients in two categories - Top Achiever and Top Newcomer.

First up were the top ten achievers who received personalised golden bulls, presented by Mr Michael Wong, Director of Business Development, Phillip Securities. The path of a new trading representative is never an easy one, which is why Phillip CFD also awarded silver bulls to the top three newcomers as a way to acknowledge their efforts and to encourage them as they continue in their career. Besides being an acknowledgement of their achievement, these bulls symbolise Phillip CFD's hopes and wishes that 2011 will be yet another bullish year for these trading representatives.

Phillip CFD believes very strongly in education and as such, the CFD Independent Dealer (ID) Specialist Training Programme was launched late last year to educate and train these trainees. Manager of CFD, Mr Luke Lim, was glad to hand Certificates of Participation to our first batch of IDs during the luncheon and happily declared them as CFD Specialists.

As the market leader in CFDs, Phillip Securities will continue to leverage on its strengths of having a large dedicated team of trading representatives to provide personalised service to our clients. We look forward to celebrating more achievement in the year 2011 with all our trading representatives and hope to see them at next year's award presentation!
