We saw Eclipse's Proclaim system as offering by far the best range of process automation and quality safeguarding. With Proclaim at the core of our operations, we are confident that our ambitious growth plans in the new era of legal services will be met.

Lancashire law firm, Davies & Gribbin Solicitors, has selected Eclipse’s Proclaim Practice Management software solution for firm-wide rollout.
Established in 1995, the practice provides a full range of legal services for both private and commercial clients. Specialising in non-fault personal injury claims, the firm also offers conveyancing, debt recovery and probate services.
Davies & Gribbin has experienced a recent surge in the volume of cases being managed, and this - together with the impending competitive pressures of an Alternative Business Structures landscape - necessitated analysis of the firm's existing software platforms. Following a review of the leading case and practice management solutions on the market, the firm selected Eclipse's Proclaim system.
As well as the core Proclaim Case Management system for all practice areas within the firm, Davies & Gribbin is implementing Proclaim Accounts to form an integrated one-stop solution for everyone within the practice. In addition, the firm is also implementing Eclipse’s ‘FileView’ online case tracking tool to provide its clients with 24/7 access to live case progression data, plus the 'ATM' (Automated Task Manager) module to streamline workflow with minimal manual intervention. Eclipse is also carrying out a conversion of data from the existing hosted software system in use by Davies & Gribbin.
Barbara Gribbin, Partner at the firm, comments on the selection:
“Times are changing, and to thrive in the post-ABS marketplace law firms will have to underpin excellent client service with absolute technical efficiency. We saw Eclipse's Proclaim system as offering by far the best range of process automation and quality safeguarding. With Proclaim at the core of our operations, we are confident that our ambitious growth plans in the new era of legal services will be met."
