Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) February 28, 2011
Precise, Inc. (http://www.precise-law.com), a trusted provider of eDiscovery solutions and trial support services, today announced the promotion of Steve Jreige to the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, Jreige will lead the company's strategic growth initiatives related to both information technology management and product development.
Jreige joined Precise in 2010 as vice president of product development amidst the acquisition of LitSoft, an eDiscovery software company Jreige founded in 2006. LitSoft’s flagship document review tool, now offered as Diligence™, was a strategic addition to Precise’s rapidly expanding array of litigation support solutions and has successfully driven new sales and revenue for the eDiscovery division of the corporation. The promotion of Jreige to CTO demonstrates Precise’s continued expansion in the industry, as well as the company’s mission to appoint seasoned executives with the ability to cultivate and sustain long-term growth over the next several years.
Precise’s CEO, Peter L. Mansmann, Esq., states, “Steve brings a visionary approach to legal technology. We feel his depth of expertise and leadership is best applied at the company’s highest strategic level.”
Prior to founding LitSoft, Jreige served more than five years as a management and IT consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., where he participated in numerous enterprise-level business process re-engineering and software development projects. Before joining Booz Allen, Jreige spent five years with Sequential Inc., a start-up Washington, D.C.-based litigation support firm.
Jreige holds Bachelors of Science degrees in Decision Sciences and Management of Information Systems from George Mason University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.
