Fred Eastman, a consultant for Seattle-based Allstar Fitness, says that using TouchPoint, together with ABC Financial, has improved efficiency and accountability for sales people and managers.

This is partly because TouchPoint can report on salespeople's daily activity, and you can track the number of calls and appointments they complete. “Managers no longer have to thumb through a manual production book, they can determine daily activity with a click,” said Eastman, now managers are able to spend more time working with their staff building their skill set, rather then spending their time determining how productive their team has been.

Because of the automated nature of the software, efficiency at Allstar has improved. TouchPoint schedules follow-up calls and sends automated messages to leads and members. This has helped insure each lead is contacted multiple times in the sales process.
