Leading agency RGS Financial, Inc mitigates security risks by partnering with DANTOM and Tech Lock.

RGS recently completed the Tech Lock Certified comprehensive security audit of the agency’s processes, systems and partners. While becoming Tech Lock Certified, RGS selected DANTOM Systems as its collection letter partner, in part due to DANTOM’s security measures.

Tech Lock focuses on the security requirements of the ARM industry. Its Tech Lock Certified program provides external validation that a certified organization meets the requirements of PCI DSS, FISMA, HIPAA/HITECH, ISO 27002 as well as numerous state regulations.

“In the current ARM environment, no organization can afford to be without a comprehensive, external security audit,” said Mike Wright, Tech Lock’s chief security officer. “What you don’t know becomes a legal liability. A security breach at your site, or a partner’s, is both devastating and avoidable.”

Tech Lock recommended that RGS consider DANTOM for its security processes. RGS reviewed multiple vendors. It ultimately selected DANTOM as its partner in large part due to its security certifications and the company’s outstanding quality, value, product breadth, innovation and associates.

“Security is a high priority at RGS,” said Michael Ryalls, president of RGS. “Partnering with Tech Lock reduces our risk by ensuring that we are complying with applicable regulations and standards. Our vendors are an extension of RGS and we demand the same high standards of them. As we conducted this audit, it became obvious that DANTOM was the best choice as our collection letter partner.”

“We are honored to be selected by a quality organization like RGS,” said Tim Schriner, DANTOM Systems’ chief executive officer. “Our company is heavily investing in our data security and privacy compliance for our customers while delivering innovative products and services to the ARM industry.”
