PROLIN, an innovator in SaaS-based IT Service Management (ITSM), today announced the addition of three partner development and support team members. Gloria Canales in the US, and Gijsbert Groen and Zem De Oliveira in EMEA, each has deep experience in the ITSM space and strong backgrounds in channel partner relationship management. They join PROLIN as it accelerates its international growth by building an ITSM as a Service reseller channel, with partners in key markets worldwide.
Gloria Canales, Partner Development Manager, joins PROLIN to help recruit and support partners in the US. Gloria brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in building partner portfolios and developing marketing programs for the partner community. Gloria is a seasoned business professional with over 20 years of experience in channel sales and marketing including work at Avnet, UC4 Software, and at Hewlett-Packard in multiple positions in finance, IT, Sales and Support, and Marketing.
Gijsbert Groen has recently joined PROLIN as International Partner Account Manager responsible for Central and Eastern Europe. Gijsbert has extensive experience in partner development and more then 10 years of experience in sales. Gijsbert most recently worked as Partner Account Manager at Mirror42. Prior to this, he held sales and account management positions at Westbury, Visionplanner, and ING Bank.
Zem De Oliveira, a member of the original Prolin team, has re-joined PROLIN as Head of Field Operations for EMEA. Zem brings PROLIN many years of experience in ITSM and Business Service Management (BSM). His experience includes business development, pre-sales consulting, and implementation of IT Service Management Solutions. Prior to joining the new PROLIN, Zem worked for HP Software as ITSM and BSM pre-sales practice lead in EMEA.
