The PeopleMetrics 2011 Brand Ambassador Award is being presented to six individuals across five different companies who consistently deliver extraordinary customer service. PeopleMetrics approach to Voice of the Customer includes an opportunity for customers to recognize specific employees who they have interacted with during a recent service experience. A "Recognition Alert" is sent to a manager when a customer mentions an employee by name for going above and beyond on their behalf.
The five winning companies were chosen based on the percentage of Customer Recognition Alerts generated. Within each of these companies, the individual employees who received the most customer recognition were identified as the award-winning Brand Ambassadors.
