Launched to showcase Offerpop’s new Facebook apps and promote Piehead's Partner Program, a means for agencies to tap the company's services in strategic consultation for digital engagement solutions, the Most Engaging Campaign contest was the first in a series of planned promotions between Offerpop and Piehead.
