Clear Channel Airports (CCA), the world's leading marketer of airport advertising, recently launched exciting new advertising installations at Tampa International Airport (TIA) that present innovative opportunities for local and national brands to connect with the 17 million travelers who visit the airport annually.

The new installations include innovative ad formats and materials – such as semi-transparent window “clings” in cars on the airport Tram to a full-size automobile strategically placed in the airport ticketing area.

Starting last month, Ferman Automotive launched a campaign in the ticketing area of TIA to showcase the brand new MINI Countryman, a vehicle designed for automotive traveling pleasure. This campaign marks the first time that an automobile was featured inside the Tampa International Airport. The MINI Countryman is parked in the ticketing area next to American Airlines, a high traffic area.

CCA works with companies that have roots in the Tampa Bay area to promote their products with eye-catching displays at TIA, and is already generating interest among businesses and media agencies.
