WebArchives, a leading provider of Digital Asset Management (DAM)software for the Design and Engineering industries, announced today that Continuum has selected iDAM™ as their core DAM system. Continuum produces thousands of documents which include imagery and video for hundreds of design projects each year. Their goal is to capture this information in real-time and leverage the knowledge across five international offices.

The iDAMLive™ engine works with any existing network infra-structure. Design and marketing personnel can continue existing workflow practice while iDAMLive’s realtime ingestion engine automatically index’s and converts documents without moving, replacing or losing any of the embedded linked information. Now all 5 offices can find files using iDAMFinder’s rich metadata index while continuing to maintain the existing active directory users permission structure.

iDAM is a digital asset management software tool with both licensing and hosting solutions, accommodating both large international companies and individual users. WebArchives recent upgrade to iDAMFinder™ includes new user friendly, web based tools, allowing users to distill digital assets using the dynamic filtered search feature.

“iDAMLive is designed to work throughout your entire organization, (marketing, studio, HR etc) ” said Jon Burlinson, Principal, WebArchives. “and integrate with your existing workflow process - not replace it! It’s a fantastic example of how we take your existing data structure and instantly create more value.”
