Bialow Real Estate, a full service real estate consulting firm dedicated to servicing the needs of local, regional and national retailers, announced the hiring of Andrew Jaffe as its new Vice President. Mr. Jaffe, will be responsible for overseeing the expansion of Bialow’s New England division.

Mr. Jaffe brings over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate to Bialow. He had previously founded J Development Group in 2003, which was a full service real estate company focused on the acquisition, redevelopment and management of commercial and mixed-use properties. Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Jaffe was a Development and Leasing Specialist with Starwood Wasserman out of Providence, Rohde Island, where he played an integral role in the acquisition, development, redevelopment and leasing of approximately 2 Million square feet of retail shopping centers throughout the country.
Bialow is also pleased to announce the addition of a residential development component through a strategic partnership with both Coda Development and Valley Development Group. The partnerships are in the process of acquiring, building and redeveloping high-end single family and multifamily residential projects throughout the Boston metropolitan area.
