Xaris International, Inc. has formed to build and service Hydrogen Manufacturing modules utilizing their fuel disruptive technology. Xaris founder and CEO Laurence Jordan says that the company’s ambitious vision is to “enable Energy Security by delivering infrastructure compatible Clean and Affordable fuel via a Scalable process to meet Global demand.” Xaris Hydrogen modules are scheduled to be available to the marketplace by the end of 2012. According to the company the technology has been years in development and is entering the Design Optimization Phase in preparation to scale up manufacturing and sales. Mr. Jordan notes “this is the right time and Texas is the right place to build this kind of company.”

Mr. Jordan, whose 40 year career as a Semiconductor Executive and Applied Physicist, has recruited a team of Energy and Technology scientific, engineering, financial, marketing, and manufacturing veterans with collectively more than 250 years of experience to shape and lead Xaris. Their pedigrees include Texas Instruments, BP, National Semiconductor, Mentor Graphics, Philips, Husky, and AMD. Xaris has already received interest from customers via letter of intent and verbal commitments. While non-binding these commitments from customers with product delivery still a year away “are further validation of our business vision and strategy” according to Mr. Jordan.
