Deborah F. Ms. Schweizer will be speaking on the topic of Conduct-Based Claims and Juror Perceptions: Punitive Damages and Intentional Torts. She will be part of a panel which will discuss the standards for and trends in obtaining punitive damages awards in the most active jurisdictions as well as nationwide.
Ms. Schweizer focuses her practices on serious personal injury product liability cases.
