“This program recognizes everyone’s desire to give back in their personal way and fuels their passion, which, in turn allows our company to touch even more lives in a positive way," said Joe Terry, CEO.

As a company’s employees become more “virtual” and are scattered across the country, or even the world, it requires a change in approach to charitable giving. Corporate Visions announces its new Power Foundation, which includes several programs to encourage and help staff give back to their communities -- wherever they live.

“Over the years we have supported the local community surrounding our headquarters by donating money, time and services. But, nearly 70 percent of our employees don’t live or work there,” said Joe Terry, CEO of Corporate Visions. “We felt the company could have a bigger impact, and our entire team would rally, if we updated our corporate giving program to encourage local, grassroots involvement,” continued Terry.

Specifically, the Corporate Visions Power Foundation supports community giving and employee participation in the following ways:

  •     Corporate Giving Program – Corporate Visions will continue to donate a portion of its profits to various charitable causes listed on the Power Foundation website http://www.cvipowerfoundation.com.
  • Volunteerism on Company Time – Employees are given two paid days off to support their local communities in any way that makes them feel they are making a difference.
  • Corporate Matching Program – The company will match, dollar-for-dollar, up to $1,000 per employee, any charitable contribution each employee makes.

“People have diverse interests and care about a wide range of good causes,” Terry adds. “This program recognizes everyone’s desire to give back in their personal way and fuels their passion, which, in turn allows our company to touch even more lives in a positive way.”
