Caliper, the 50-year old pioneer and leader in human capital management solutions, announced today the promotion of two top-performing sales executives to key posts as directors of national accounts. The promotions of Robert Bachman and Scott Whitehead are as much about the future for Caliper’s clients as they are about continuing the company’s history of long-term client relationships, according to Caliper president, Patrick Sweeney.

In their new roles, Bachman and Whitehead will manage some of Caliper’s largest US-based accounts, many of which have been loyal Caliper clients for decades. “The promotions are aimed at reinforcing our high level of personalized service to our key strategic accounts,” says Herb Greenberg, PhD, and CEO. “High-touch, fully client-centric service has been Caliper’s hallmark since our beginning in 1961, and has differentiated us through the years from our competitors.”

Prior to his appointment as national sales director, Bachman was responsible for Caliper’s Pacific Northwest sales region. Before joining Caliper, he worked for companies such as IBM, Motorola, ADP, and Microsoft, and received numerous sales and client service awards.
Whitehead also joined Caliper in 2007, where he has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, from health care and financial services to government agencies. Prior to his career at Caliper, he worked at GlaxoSmithKline, and served as a consultant to some of the largest pediatric asthma and COPD clinics in the US.
