The 2nd Annual Nuclear Decommissioning Conference will provide a platform for the key industry decision makers to discuss ways in which they can maintain a competitive advantage and win contracts for 2011 and beyond.

This follows a period of uncertainty in anticipation for the Comprehensive Spending Review which was announced in October 2010.

Now that a £3 billion per annum budget has been given to the decommissioning programme, the supply chain, particularly Tier 2 and 3 companies need to implement effective business strategies to ensure that they secure future contracts and work with Site Licensed Companies and Parent Body Organisations to avoid costly delays.

The Department of Energy and Climate Change, Department for Transport, Health & Safety Executive, Environment Agency and IAEA will also provide the most up to date regulatory updates as well as Magnox Ltd, LLWR and Dounreay giving essential updates on prioritisation of contracts for 2011 onwards.
