(PINKSHEETS: HIMR) (“Hollund” or the “Company”) today announced that Mr. John Haylock has been appointed President of the Company, and Mr. John Russell has been appointed Vice President. Mr. Haylock replaces Mr. Michael Lacy, who has consented to step down, and Mr. Russell replaces Dr. Claus Wagner-Bartak, who has resigned.
Mr. Haylock has over 40 years of business experience, providing accounting and auditing services to public companies, including mining, oil and gas. He has provided a wide range of administrative services to public companies for the past 6 years, and has a track record of successfully turning around underperforming companies. “I believe that Hollund has an historic opportunity to lead the forest sector toward a greener, more sustainable future. Leveraging Tigerlynk technology, I believe my experience will help Hollund reach its goal of becoming a global leader in underwater forestry and other marine sectors,” states Mr. Haylock.
Mr. Russell has been involved in industrial manufacturing since 1997, and was recently General Manager of Dura Sleeve Inc. At Dura Sleeve, he managed and directed the entire manufacturing, sales and marketing operations. Mr. Russell also has extensive knowledge in industrial hydraulics and heavy machinery. Mr. Haylock states, “Mr. Russell’s expertise in key areas that are critical to our success, in manufacturing, sales and marketing, will benefit the Company moving forward as we seek to commercialize Tigerlynk for the global marketplace. “
