With the barbecue season and better weather on the way, The Crazy Hog Catering Company is urging customers to book early so they don’t miss out on experiencing a hog-roast party. With spit-roasted pigs and lambs, traditional barbecue menus and a deliciously sweet chocolate–fountain to round off the feast, the Crazy Hog Catering Company feels that it offers something for everyone.
As Ian Robinson, owner of the company explained, “We have a number of great menu packages on offer catering for all tastes and budgets, so a hog roast makes an ideal treat for any party. And with the spring and summer approaching, now’s the perfect time to book your hog roast.”
The company is now in its third year of trading from their headquarters in Warrington, where it has grown from humble beginnings in a garage to now employing a team of chefs and a full-time operations manager. Currently the team serve their meals across the country at corporate events and weddings but are never too busy to develop and try-out exciting new dishes on their customers.
Ian continued “All roasts are cooked on site over 5-6 hours, where the chef will stay on site and serve the meat to guests. Crowds will gather to watch as he calves the tender flesh and there’s always plenty to go around - we guarantee people will come back for seconds!”
And of course, the Crazy Hog Catering Company take hygiene and food safety extremely seriously, having just been awarded a 5-star hygiene rating from Warrington Borough Council.
