What: Connections 2011 will bring together HR and technology leaders including more than 800 Ultimate Software customers and partners to discuss innovative technologies and Human Resources best practices, learn from peers and elevate their professional industry knowledge. Connections 2011 will provide more than 75 peer-to-peer learning sessions, insights to navigate the new regulatory landscape, education credits, and unprecedented access to industry experts and the Ultimate Software team.

Who: Neil Jensen, Vice President & Managing Consultant at Knowledge Infusion, will deliver a learning-based session on Thursday, March 10 about “Building a Dynamic HCM Strategy -- And Being Successful Doing It”, highlighting how HR professionals can sell the value of strategic human capital management to business leaders.

Jensen will also deliver an afternoon session with Andrew McCarthy, Vice President of Market Strategy for Ultimate Software, on Thursday about “Great Social HR Strategies That Impact Your Bottom Line”, discussing how organizations can use social media technologies to drive strategic HR programs and bottom line results.

Scott Schmidt, Director of Advisory Services for KI OnDemand at Knowledge Infusion, will deliver a breakout session on Thursday about “The Transforming World of Talent Management”, discussing important HR and technology trends providing actionable statistics about talent management strategies, preferences toward integrated talent management, and which strategies for talent management success are the most important.

On Friday, March 11 Connections will present powerhouse HR technology gurus Jason Averbook, Knowledge Infusion CEO, and Naomi Bloom, Founder and Principal of Bloom & Wallace in the Ask the Expert Town Hall Series, an open forum where attendees are encouraged to bring their questions on anything from talent management best practices to the foundation of a good HRIS object model.
