North Carolina business woman offers a sneak peek at with an instant download of her free Step-On-It 'Quick Start' system, an easy to follow step-by-step system for turning your dreams into your road map for 2011.

On the eve of 1990, a woman from North Carolina felt exactly that. Then and there, she set out on a journey that's lasted twenty years - to find a foolproof method to create a successful, meaningful life. She used her own life as the primary experiment and is now ready to share her findings. She lives what most anyone would term a 'quality life', she gives back - and at the end of the day she feels successful, inspired, driven and fulfilled.

What secret did her 20-year exploration uncover? "Three words: Every Goal Matters."

Darlene Whitehurst first learned how to set goals in her early thirties from attending a seminar given by Brian Tracy - a member of an elite generation of authors and motivational speakers. Led by Napoleon Hill followed by Earl Nightingale and later joined by the likes of Jim Rohn and Tony Robbins, they were living examples of the power within each of us to chart our own course in life and become successful. Success was the new word in the mid-eighties. Whitehurst was determined to find it and thus began her journey to create a life of purpose using the power of goal setting.

Today, 20-years later, Darlene is announcing the launch of, where she shares her passion and vast knowledge in an effort to help others create the future of their dreams, filled with success, happiness, passion and purpose. The site officially launches in early March, but Darlene is giving early access to her "Quick Start" Goal Matters System to all visitors prior to that date.

"I want Goal Matters to become the site that you visit when you're ready to become the best you can be." Darlene has set a clear path to understanding and setting goals at - a system easier than any one of the "dummies" series. She has created Goal Journals specifically designed to help anyone, from 9 to 90, reach financial, career, relationship, or business goals. The site is filled with free tools, techniques and resources, with a free instant download to get started.

"So many people know they want things in their life to improve, but they don't know where to start. The "start" stops most people! Reaching your goals simply starts with the act of deciding what it is you want and making clear and measurable progress toward getting it. "

One evening over a glass of wine, Darlene (quite literally) forced a friend to try the process. "Pick up your pen, write on this cocktail napkin. List eight things that you want to do over the next year. She doesn't call them goals at first. She explains that you should write down what you want to accomplish … lose ten pounds, save $5000, get a new job, find a boyfriend - anything… move out of your apartment, clear out the basement, save the world. Nothing is too small or too large. Your subconscious mind acknowledges success. Every Goal Matters. Any goal that you reach reinforces reaching even more goals".

"The important thing is that you 'start' somewhere". The exercise completed, Darlene's friend cast the cocktail napkin with the eight items aside and forgot about it. Seven months later, she discovered the crumpled wad in her junk drawer and realized that all but one of her goals had been reached. Some of her written goals were relatively small, and yet, with virtually no conscious effort on her part, she had accomplished what she wanted simply by writing it down.

Darlene wants everyone to learn to be empowered and how to utilize that empowerment to live a successful life. At, she gives full access to her personal tools, resources, inspiration and contacts.

It's easy (and free) to get started. Go to for the Quick Start System. Download the "Introductory Exercise." It takes just minutes to complete and is guaranteed to set you on a course to success.

Darlene promises that if you hit the start button, the rest will follow. launches soon!
