New Rooftop Anchor Facility Will Manufacture and Distribute Commercial Fall Protection Equipment.

Rooftop Anchor, a leader in the design, manufacturing, testing and installation of commercial fall protection equipment, has announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters to Heber City, Utah and plans to build a new 30,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Heber. The new manufacturing facility will house engineering, sales, installation as well as factory staff and include custom metal fabrication, product manufacturing, product testing and shipping.

Ground breaking for the new manufacturing facility will commence in March 2011 with an expected completion date of September 2011. The finished facility, which will house Rooftop Anchor as well as their affiliate Miro Industries, will employ 30-40 workers by the fourth quarter of 2011. "According to the latest government data the number of U.S. manufacturing jobs in the U.S. last year grew 1.2% or 136,000 jobs," said Nate Sargent, President of Rooftop Anchor. "We think it's a great time to invest in U.S. manufacturing and look forward to our new facility being complete and producing roof safety products in Heber, Utah," added Sargent.
