Force 3, delivering innovative data center, unified communications and security solutions, today announced that Practice Director of Security Consulting Jon Kim will appear as a speaker at the 10th Annual Federal Aviation Administration Partnership and Training Conference, to be held in Orlando, Florida on March 15, 2011.
Kim will lead an information session about “Leveraging Real-Time Network Intelligence To Improve Your Security Posture.” He will teach industry best practices encompassing current technologies and services that help agencies combat advanced persistent threat attacks in near real-time. Kim will also discuss the importance of access control, Security Event Incident Management (SEIM), endpoint security and on-going assessments.
As Force 3’s Practice Director of Security Consulting, Jon Kim works directly with customers and senior leadership to define and implement business solutions to create secure computing and network environments. A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with more than 14 years of leadership experience, Kim plays an essential role in articulating the value of security solutions to all Force 3 clients.
Before joining Force 3, Kim was the senior security solutions consultant functioning as the lead security specialist for GTSI. He consulted as security management advisor at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and was the liaison for several government agencies. With hands-on knowledge for managing data centers and developing continuity strategies, Kim is an expert in the security risk assessment and planning process.
The Federal Aviation Administration Partnership and Training Conference will be held March 14-18 and attracts over 1,600 attendees. This year’s conference theme is “Celebrating a Decade of Cyber Security Training, Innovation, and Idea Sharing.”
