Freeman Schwabe is leveraging the power of new technology, so our customers have instant access and data control of their Freeman Schwabe hydraulic presses and machines, to remotely maintain and service their machines, from anywhere and at anytime.

Freeman Schwabe Machinery is based in Cincinnati, Ohio and specializes in the Design and Manufacturing of a complete line of Hydraulic Presses and Automatic Die Cutting Systems.

During the launch presentation in early March 2011 at the Freeman Schwabe headquarters in Batavia (Cincinnati), Clermont County, Ohio Greg DeFisher went on to explain how FSMview with real time data can reduce machine downtime and increase customers productivity and profits.

“With FSMview’s remote diagnostic controls our customers now have the opportunity to minimize trouble shooting by pinpointing any problems quickly to provide quick resolutions and eliminate service costs. Freeman Schwabe Machinery Technicians are standing by to quickly respond to production disruptions. FSMview allows our Technicians to quickly identify and resolve issues without being on site. Saving customers time and money.”

The software technical development of the remote diagnostic control “FSMview” was completed in house by David Eytchison, the Freeman Schwabe Software & IT specialist.

David explained “FSMview provides instant access to Machine Manuals and Schematics and Spare Parts lists, so the information is readily available to our customers onsite maintenance personnel. Machine programming changes can now be done live without interruptions to production”.

David continued “the new remote diagnostic control software “FSMview” will come installed on every applicable new Freeman Schwabe machine, and can be easily linked to multiple machines in one facility or numerous facilities anywhere in the world.”

Freeman Schwabe customers will receive a 90 day free trial with FSMview on new machines puchased. The annual renewal fee is $899.00.
