Austin, TX (PRWEB) March 17, 2011
Scott-Wynne (http://www.scott-wynne.com) today announced the re-launch of its Internet offering. To celebrate the move to Scott-Wynne.com and the new online presence of Jon Hart products, Scott-Wynne is discounting all Jon Hart orders by 15%. The move to Scott-wynne.com consolidates the online and retail brand under a single online offering.
The Scott-Wynne name has always represented quality, personalized Jon Hart luggage and men’s gifts. “Moving to Scott-wynne.com allows better brand recognition, increased customer loyalty and comfort for our online customers,” says Co-founder Lissa Anderson. “Customers know they are ordering from a company that has been in business for 25 years.”
Delaine Teeple, Co-founder explains that “we pride ourselves in offering a quality product, namely Jon Hart Design Luggage, with quick turnaround and exceptional customer service. We are one of the largest distributors of Jon Hart products in the country. Unlike other distributors, we stock inventory in Jon Hart and personalize the items on-site allowing us to have a much quicker turnaround. Product typically ship within 24-48 hours.”
The 3 Threads retail store opened in the same community that had known Scott-Wynne for so many years and has a completely different product offering than Scott-Wynne. “We felt that opening the store under a new name, 3 Threads, would lessen confusion for customers. We didn't want customers to come in looking for hiking boots and find a monogrammed baby bib!” says Mrs. Anderson. “With 3 Threads having been such a success in Austin, we are also offering some of our "cutesy-er" gifts on scott-wynne.com to allow our out of town customers the chance to shop with us.”
To access the 15% discount, use the code 'jonhartsale' when purchasing through March 20th.
Scott-Wynne Outfitters originally opened its doors in 1975 and grew to include several stores in the Austin and Houston area. When the decision was made to close those doors and focus solely on the online business, the domain OUTFITS was used. When Scott-Wynne Outfitters/ OUTFITS changed ownership and a retail store was to be re-opened, it was opened under a new name, 3 Threads. The Scott-Wynne.com online store and 3 Threads retail store are located in Austin, TX. Both brands are owned and operated by co-owners, Delaine Teeple and Lissa Anderson.
