“In our in-depth look at user experience and analytics, we’ll talk through the best practices for uniting the two disciplines to collaborate on meaningful change,” explained Beecher. “The workshop will provide a practical guide for considering both qualitative and quantitative insights to improve websites to meet business goals and user needs.”

Joining him will be Austin Govella of Houston-based Grafofini, who will talk about continually monitoring the quality of a user experience using analytics-inspired methods, and UX book publisher and consultant Louis Rosenfeld, who will explain how to gain user experience insights by thoroughly analyzing your website’s internal search logs.
