RMACT Supports the American Dietetic Association in Its “Eat Right with Color” Initiative

“Key vitamins and minerals are found in foods that are red, green, orange and even white... Every element of our diets should bring nutrients and energy to our bodies,” says RMA of CT Nutritionist Carolyn Gundell.

This March during National Nutrition Month, the American Dietetic Association is encouraging Americans to “Eat Right with Color”, and Nutritionist Carolyn Gundell of fertility center Reproductive Medicine Associates of Connecticut (RMACT) is teaching how. As part of its Fertility and Wellness Program, RMACT is hosting four seminars and interactive grocery store tours that are open to the public.

“’Eat Right with Color’ is a fantastic initiative that patients can apply to every meal and snack,” says Gundell, MS. “Key vitamins and minerals are found in foods that are red, green, orange and even white. While the idea seems simple, it brings to life the core idea behind healthy eating – every element of our diets should bring nutrients and energy to our bodies.”

RMACT’s free nutrition events are the following. Space is limited; to reserve a spot, please call 203-750-7484.
