After visiting Yvette Gellis Studio in Los Angeles, I was amazed at how every piece of her work was powerful, unexpected and vibrant

Storyopolis Global Entertainment is proud to announce these additions to our website featuring the best in contemporary art. Expanding our scope of artists in the past few months has resulted in surge of investment interest in the abstract art market. Our collectors have new energy and confidence in making art part of their investment portfolio. The art of Chad Attie, Yvette Gellis and Stephen T. Johnson fit this criteria beautifully. We have received numerous purchases from Europe and Australia and there has been an uptick in art price between $10,000 and $50,000. These three mid career artist are on their way to becoming top artists around the world. Each has had a strong presence in many group and solo exhibitions which has lifted their work resulting in their acquisition by museums and private collectors.
Yvette Gellis is amazing with her use of a three-dimensional space. She challenges the distinctions between installation, painting and environment. She is able to resist the constraints of the spatial limitation of the canvas, and redesign the work within the given space. Matt Abramowitz, owner of SGE states, “After visiting her Studio in Los Angeles, I was amazed at how every piece of her work was powerful, unexpected and vibrant.”
Stephen T. Johnson is a highly versatile American artist whose visually arresting and conceptually rich body of work forges connections between words, objects and ideas. SGE owner Matthew Abramowitz said “ Every time I see Stephen’s Work I am amazed at the breadth of his work and talents, he is a hidden gem in the art market.”
Chad Attie is a master at experimentating with new materials. He states, “My work represents an effort to understand and manipulate the new medium as a child might.” His creative process integrates highly sophisticated, even precarious methods, stepping beyond the naivety of a child’s world and embracing the complexities of the adult world. One series of paintings was created by using a flaming newspaper like a brush over paint color chips; in another, he used ice picks to carve images onto vinyl. He takes it even further in other images in which they are burnt, ripped, taped, tied, incised, torn, smoked, cut, smashed, kicked, soaked, and gauged into the painting. In his newest work, Chad brings a new view to every painting. His talent is limitless as he “WOWS” us as he pushes the boundaries.
SGE showcases the most distinctive collection of artwork of more than 100 of the world’s top artists. SGE has earned a fabulous reputation among artist and collectors in its presence in the industry for over 15 years and countless exhibitions.
