Mikon Haaksman joins Dallas-based Digital Marketing Agency, Aria, to lead Video and Animation Services

Aria today announced Mikon Haaksman, known for his work on feature films including The X-Files, Playing God, and Enemy of the State, is joining the agency as Principal and head of the Dallas-based firm’s video and animation services.

Haaksman, an award-winning veteran of the film industry who studied at the London Film School, and worked extensively in Hollywood, is bringing his significant directorial and production acumen to guide the evolution of the agency’s live action video, animation, and post production offerings to the next level.

During his career, Haaksman has directed two feature films, numerous award-winning shorts and documentaries, and assisted with other top feature film productions. Most recently, he worked as Producer and Senior Editor at Gotham Image Works in Houston, a premiere production company providing corporate videos, live event production, and visual trade show experiences. His work helped garner more than 23 awards for Gotham, including Telly, Communicator, Vision, Aurora, and Davey Awards.
