Encompas and Environmental Analytics have recently named Steve Saboe as President of Seal Industries, Inc. According to Craig Cantu, General Manager at Encompas, “Mr. Saboe’s years of experience in prior industry management, his strong execution skills and ability to lead top performing teams have made him an excellent choice to lead our world-class environmental compliance service company.”
As President, Steve will oversee a safety driven organization with nearly 500 employees working in more than 100 petroleum refining and petrochemical facilities. With over 8 million components under contract, Encompas and EA have approximate combined MSA client production levels exceeding one million barrels per day. Of his new position, Steve has said, “I am genuinely excited to be joining the organization at a time when it is being strengthened by the addition of the infrastructure and leadership of Environmental Analytics. It's a great honor to join this growing company and have the opportunity to build on its success.”
With a projected increase in environmental regulation and higher oil prices, there is significant opportunity to increase their market share. Steve believes Seal Industries is well positioned to experience double-digit revenue growth this year. He is committed to continuous improvement focusing on internal processes: personnel development, technology integration and building on successful legacy systems.
Steve succeeds Tom McMullen, who has been President since 2007. Mr. McMullen will be retiring after leading two acquisition events and navigating Encompas and Seal-Tech through the first few years under the ownership of G.L. Ohrstrom.
Encompas and EA have more than 25 years combined environmental regulation and consent decree compliance management experience, with both domestic and international operations. Encompas and EA support clients by developing and implementing a wide range of services including LDAR, Fugitive Emissions Source Inventory, leak sealing, GHG Subpart W compliance and Fugitive VOC Emission management programs.
