Carson Wrapped Hershey's announces a new charitable initiative to give its employees the opportunity to contribute to local charity organizations in which they may have a personal or special interest.

One of things that I love about working here is their willingness to share in the success of the company

Carson Wrapped Hershey’s just announced a new program in the Carson Gives Back initiative. This year each of Carson’s employees will receive a $75 gift certificate to use towards a non-profit organization or charity event of their choice. In addition, the company has pledged to match personal product donations made by their employees to benefit any charitable group.

This program was designed to give Carson employees the opportunity to contribute to a cause or a foundation where they may personally have a special interest.

“Giving back is one of our core values and something that we have always been very passionate about,” said Scott Frederick, President of Business Operations. “We also want to give our employees the opportunity to share in this passion.”

Since Scott and Sharon Frederick took over the company in 2003, they have made a commitment to give back to the communities in which they live and work. Over the years they have kept this commitment by donating equipment, furniture, money and of course, personalized wrapped Hershey’s bars to many organizations such as UGive and the Anthony Muñoz Foundation.

“One of things that I love about working here is their willingness to share in the success of the company,” said Lauren Romansky, Marketing Assistant at Carson. “It is amazing to work at a place that wants to do their part to make a difference.”
