Today Mexico’s President Felipe Calderón inaugurated Rosewood San Miguel de Allende in an official ceremony inside the hotel before Federal, State and Local government officials and special guests.

John Scott, President and CEO of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts said during his speech, “On behalf of everyone at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, I would like to thank President Calderon and the government of Mexico for your commitment to tourism. The Governor of the state of Guanajuato Mr. Juan Oliva Ramirez and the Mexican Secretary of Tourism Gloria Guevara were guests of honor during the inauguration. They were accompanied by Federal, State and Local government officials.
