Ronnie Tan has been selected to head up Right Management's global Talent Management Practice and serves as the leader for the Center of Excellence. Right Management is the talent and career management expert within Manpower, the global leader in innovative workforce solutions.
Tan brings to the role over 20 years of experience leading consulting businesses into record growth and profitability. Prior to joining Right Management, he held senior level positions responsible for operations and growth with a global talent management company. He earned his MBA at the University of Chicago.
