The Gardner Institute Releases New Edition of The Dialogues

12 concepts are foundation of Mindset for Success program

Dr. Jayne Gardner, founder of The Gardner Institute ( and a certified life coach, has released the 2011 edition of The Dialogues, the teaching fundamentals for the company’s proprietary executive coach training program, Mindset for Success.

“Although this is the third edition of The Dialogues, the centrality of my message has not changed. Finding your True Self is still the purpose of this spiritual journey, which shows up in better health, happier relationships and more prosperity,” explains Dr. Gardner, noting new dialogues in part three introduce concepts such as leaving a legacy, installing new beliefs electronically, and positive psychology. “I have strengthened the message that one can activate that part of oneself to make your dreams come true.”

As the basis for The Gardner Institute’s three-month Mindset for Success course, which teaches a practical set of coaching concepts, tools and techniques, The Dialogues guide students through the program by applying its principles to their own lives and emerge fully qualified to coach their own clients to more professional and personal success.

According to Dr. Gardner, The Dialogues start life coaches and students on a course for unplugging from external authority and finding their True Self. The 12 Dialogues culminate in defining the difference between a True Self state of mind and a False Self state of mind.

“As you learn to install new beliefs, you will have the opportunity to rewire your brain with more positive thoughts which will create more positive happenings in your life,” states Dr. Gardner, adding finances may change or you will see less stress in your mind and body. “My wish is that as a result of this inner work you will love, appreciate and have more compassion for yourself. To be able to love yourself opens your heart to loving others and allows them the chance to love you.”

This new edition of The Dialogues includes more precise and directive language; neuroscience research studies to support the foundation of the process; a goal-setting section at the beginning and accountability markers throughout; a more demanding and greater results component; and is reorganized into three sections:

  •     Part I: Finding Out Who You are NOT
  •     Part II: The Crossover
  •     Part III: Finding Who You Really Are
