Morristown, NJ (PRWEB) March 17, 2011
Schindler Elevator Corporation recently established a national service agreement with The Linc Group, an ABM Industries company and global provider of technical and operating services for commercial, government, and residential facilities. For a 5-year term, Schindler will serve as Linc's vertical mobility service provider for maintenance, repair, and modernization at mutually agreed upon locations.
As facility managers, The Linc Group collectively services more than one billion square feet in more than 37,000 facilities, in 45 states and 15 international markets.
“Partnering with Schindler on a national level was based on the proven track record we have working with them at such sites as JFK Airport in New York, FedEx in Newark, New Jersey and Vanguard in Pennsylvania and Arizona,” says Tracy Price, president, The Linc Group. “The local Schindler teams in those areas provided excellent service and were in large part responsible for the award on a national level. Now, Linc customers across the country can benefit from extraordinary service at an excellent fee structure.”
“We are delighted to have the opportunity to work more closely with The Linc Group and on a national level,” said John Albrecht, manager, National Accounts at Schindler. “The agreement offers Schindler tremendous opportunities as The Linc Group renews and grows their portfolio of properties.”
