JHS to deploy Xtiva for its 75 employee and independent contractor advisors.

Xtiva Financial Systems, the leading provider of enterprise compensation solutions for the financial services industry, today announced that JHS Capital Advisors (“JHS”) has selected Xtiva Financial Systems software to manage its commissions processing. Under the agreement, signed in the first quarter of 2011, JHS will use Xtiva’s suite of products to track and manage sales commissions for its more than 75 employee and independent brokers.

“We selected Xtiva because of their reputation in the industry for delivering an excellent compensation platform,” said Scott Bendert, Chief Executive Officer, JHS Capital Advisors. “We also needed a solution that fit well with our clearing firm’s offerings and Xtiva is a partner with RBC Correspondent & Advisor Services so we are excited about the integration capabilities of our systems. In addition, our current solution cannot scale to meet our growth needs and we are very excited about Xtiva’s web-based reporting platform for our reps.”

“We are very excited about adding JHS to our roster of retail clients. They have already shown that they believe in the model and will utilize Xtiva as a key component to being able to attract and retain the best producers,” said Rick Scearbo, Vice President of Sales & Client Services at Xtiva. “We look forward to completing their implementation and getting their reps live on the system next quarter. Having another RBC correspondent further solidifies our position as the leading solution for sales compensation for CAS clients.”

Xtiva provides the first industry-integrated approach to truly integrated compensation management, sales performance measurement, institutional client performance management and business policy management. Xtiva’s offering supports today’s needs for a managed solution in meeting a wide range of business, operations, finance, and technology needs. Xtiva provides clients with the tools they need to drive their businesses forward by enabling clients to:

+    Improve the quality and focus of reporting across the enterprise
+    Reduce total cost of ownership of advanced enterprise reporting solutions
+    Manage revenue and expenses more effectively
+    Bridge gaps between regulatory and financial reporting
