Loyalty Expert 'Shoot-Out': Now Where Do We Go?

Barry Kirk, solution vice president for consumer loyalty at Maritz Loyalty & Motivation, will moderate a panel of loyalty experts at the 2011 Loyalty Expo in Orlando, Fla. The panel discussion, "Loyalty Expert 'Shoot-Out': Now Where Do We Go?" will take place from 11:20 - 12:20 p.m. on Monday, March 21.

Kirk is Maritz' chief provocateur in the customer engagement space, always looking to challenge, poke and prod the loyalty industry to its next iteration. He will lead a fast-paced panel aimed at creating the most compelling picture of the future of loyalty marketing. According to Kirk, the world of marketing is changing so rapidly that loyalty programs must change or face irrelevance. This session will challenge leaders in the loyalty space to provide a vision for the way forward.

Panelists include:

Sean Geehan, president and founder of The Geehan Group,
