Barry Kirk, solution vice president for consumer loyalty at Maritz Loyalty & Motivation, will moderate a panel of loyalty experts at the 2011 Loyalty Expo in Orlando, Fla. The panel discussion, "Loyalty Expert 'Shoot-Out': Now Where Do We Go?" will take place from 11:20 - 12:20 p.m. on Monday, March 21.
Kirk is Maritz' chief provocateur in the customer engagement space, always looking to challenge, poke and prod the loyalty industry to its next iteration.
