Connye is a nationally recognized expert in developing and implementing policies, practices and programs for compliance with federal and state labor and employment regulations. She has been responsible for the planning, development and implementation of nationwide employer compliance programs on a number of contemporary issues. A Fellow of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers since 2004, Connye is currently a faculty member at the John Sperling School of Business of the University of Phoenix, and serves on the SHRM-Hawaii 2011 Board of Directors. Managing a Multi-Generation Workforce is the third topic in a series of best practices webinars presented in 2011 by SmartSearch®.
