Focus of Discussions

Fraud is an ongoing problem for the plastic card industry. It is extremely dynamic, with fraudsters constantly presenting new ways of compromising the security of the card system. In addition to this, innovation in card technology poses new challenges. Combating fraud and staying one-step ahead is essential to prevent losses and ensure maintenance of customer faith in the retail banking sector.

This Marcus Evans conference will provide the unique opportunities for all participants in the card industry to come together and debate the best way forward in mitigating fraud. It will provide an interactive forum for examination of the current prevention and detection methods and the strategies which will enable enhancement of your current frameworks. It will also address the relationship between customer experience and fraud mitigation, consider the issue of investment and investigate new techniques from biometrics to voice recognition.

This major international event follows on from the company’s highly successful FCPA and anti-corruption compliance conference staged last June in Washington D.C.
