Mikazuki Jujitsu Gives Free Seminars for March 2011 Womens History Month

Mikazuki Jujitsu is offering free seminars to womens associations during March 2011 Womens History Month.

"Womens History Month is the perfect opportunity for women to learn self defense and gain greater self esteem. Martial Arts and self defense are a physical and mental activity that empowers the practicioner". Chief Instructor Kambiz Mostofi

Mikazuki Jujitsu, a traditional Japanese Martial Art is offering free self defense and jujitsu seminars to womens associations during Womens History Month in March.

Mikazuki Jujitsu Director of Operations Christian Ramos said " The purpose of this is to empower women and give them greater self confidence in their personal lives".

The seminars will last 1 hour on average and will feature striking, grappling, throwing, ground fighting techniques, and self defense escapes.

Based on initial feedback from womens community leaders, there has been popular support for such programs in the past from participants and many individuals gain more interest thereby leading them to permanently enroll.

The Mikazuki Jujitsu dojo offering free jujitsu seminars during March is based in San Pedro, California's Angels Gate Cultural Center in Angels Gate Park(Korean Friendship Bell).
